INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
BLOCK PRODUCTION FOR SSRC KUAJOK BRANCH OFFICE AND STAFF HOUSES
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WARRAP STATE, REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN
South Sudan Red Cross (SSRC), in partnership with Canadian Red Cross (CRC) and with the financial support from DFATD of the Government of Canada, is planning to produce hollow and solid blocks for SSRC Kuajok Branch Office and Staff houses construction project in Kuajok, Warrap state.
SSRC is looking for qualified and experienced block producing firms, contractors and / or joint ventures firms registered in South Sudan to submit their expression of interest (EOI) to participate in the bid for the block production work.
How to apply:
All Interested firms are hereby invited to submit their expression of interest (EOI) with the following information.
· Letter of Application
· Company profile: name, status, address, telephone number, facsimile number, year of establishment, contact person for the project, e-mail of contact person, number of permanent staff and part-timers, fields of expertise.
· The renewed license and registration for 2014.
· In case of applications submitted by a JV or Consortium, these selection criteria will be applied to the JV/Consortium as a whole and legal JV document has to be submitted
· Two references
Deadline to submit EOI: November 25, 2014 before 4:30PM
Documents received after this date may be rejected and returned unopened to the applicant upon written request and at the applicants cost.
SSRC will evaluate and prepare a short list of qualified block producing firms who will meet the required qualification and experience. After evaluation and short listing, SSRC will formally send the invitation to bid (ITB) to all qualified companies.
