The Norwegian Refugee Council in South Sudan is looking for a consultant to conduct a capacity assessment of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) centres and a Labour Market Assessment in South Sudan.
The “Strengthening civil society and enhancing technical and vocational education and training (TVET) for youth employment in South Sudan” project is funded by the European Union and is being implemented by a consortium of the NRC, BBC Media Action, FCA, VOSDO, ACROSS and Nile Hope.

Qualifications
• Post-graduate degree in Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Statistics or in a related field.
• 8-10 years experience in research and/or labour market studies with extensive working experience in South Sudan.
• Strong background in managing research teams and working with consortia in emergency contexts.
• Technical expertise in carrying out assessments in South Sudan.
• Knowledge of TVET programmes.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
