Request for quotation descriptions
Plan International South Sudan invites quotations for the consultant to carry-out crops and vegetable seeds impact as per the terms of references attached. Request for Quotation Requirements (to be met in full):
- Provide evidence for the similar work done within past two years.
- Provide valid referees to support your quotation.
- Provide current three months bank statement.
Additional Tasks:
- As stated on the terms of reference.
2. List of documents to be submitted with the RFQ.
- Company profile
- Certificate of incorporation
- TIN/PIN Certificate
- Registration certificate.
- Professional certificates (international membership)
- Three months bank statement
Evaluation of offers
Only Successful audit firms will be conducted.
Plan International, at its sole discretion, will select the successful RFQ.
Plan international shall be free to:
- Accept the whole, or part only, of any submission
- Accept none of the proposals
- Republish this Request for Quotations
Plan International reserves the right to keep confidential the circumstances that have been considered for the selection of the offers.
Part of the evaluation process may include a presentation from the supplier and a site visit by Plan International staff, to offices.
Plan International may award multiple contracts and all contracts will be non-exclusive.
Award Criteria
Competitive price in USD.
Necessary qualification of the consultant firm.
Evidence for provision of similar service to other organizations.
Date of Completion including inception report, draft report and final report.
Work Methodology.
Contract Payment terms
Please note that, if successful, Plan International’s standard terms of payment are 30 days after the end of the month of receipt of invoice, or after acceptance of the Goods/Services/Works, if later.
Plan International’**s Ethical & Environmental Statement**
The supplier should establish environmental standards and good practices that follow the principles of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, and in particular to ensure compliance with environmental legislation
Clarifications
