Proposed Tasks:
• Risk Management including security reports and intelligence analysis. In addition, giving security briefings to new employees, creating and updating manuals
• Operations including logistics and administration management – including safe and timely transport of staff (local and expatriate professionals), inventory tracking, procurement, visa and registration, among others
• Life support including office and camp build and logistics – including living arrangements, food and housing, first aid
Desired Requirements and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Operations and logistics experience
• Experience in supervising / overseeing Expatriate, Third Country Nationals and Local National staffs.
• Experience in the set up, staffing and running of remote operations
• Experience in drafting and writing standard operating procedures and assisting in the evacuations.
• Computer literate
• Experience working on USAID contracts preferred
• In possession of South Sudanese drivers license and ability to easily navigate around Juba
