Job Summary:

The Lutheran World Federation, Department for World Service, South Sudan Country Program is looking for a mature, qualified and experienced Area Coordinator to lead, manage and coordinate the various Projects and Programs of LWF/DWS South Sudan. The context is challenging as it involves overcoming mistrust and suspicion between different ethnic and religious groups.

  1. Qualifications :Master’s degree in Social Sciences, development studies or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  2. Experience: A minimum of five years’ international experience managing large development and humanitarian projects with many staff in a reputable international organization. Excellent team work and problem solving skills.
  3. The Area Coordinator must be confident, eloquent and organized, as the operations in Jonglei State will rely on his/her leadership during times of high pressure and competing priorities.
  4. Professional skills:Knowledge of church structures and experience with related agencies, ecumenical partners, other NGOs. Demonstrated ability to influence peer agencies, local government and community leaders to work effectively towards a common and agreed upon result. Demonstrated experience and skills in training facilitation, conducting assessments, baselines and evaluations using participatory methodologies, data analysis and interpretation. Sound understanding of project management cycle, humanitarian principles and standards including SPHERE, HAP and the Code of Conduct. Awareness of the general political, economic and development dynamics of the region. Strong organizational and management skills. Excellent verbal and written English skills. Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

South Sudan Country Program

Main Duties:

Overall planning, implementation, monitoring and administration of the LWF/DWS implemented projects in the field area of operation and support, in accordance with the project descriptions and budget provisions. The Area Coordinator (AC) – Jonglei is responsible for the overall supervision and management of all LWF projects in Jonglei State. This entails overall responsibility for the effective and efficient management of LWF development and emergency operations in Jonglei State. This shall entail human, financial, logistics and procurement, and administrative resources and functions of the project area. The AC is the primary representative of LWF in key coordination meetings with communities, NGO partners and Government authorities and departments in Project areas.

Reporting & Communication lines: The AC shall report to the Program Coordinator or the person designated by him or her under the overall leadership of the Country Representative. The AC shall maintain communication lines with the Emergency Manager, Development Manager,Finance Officer, Logistics and Administration Officer staff in Jonglei and staff in the Country program office in Juba.

Duty station: Panyagor, Jonglei State, South Sudan with 30% time for travelling to other project sites.

Key Functions:

Program management

  • · Responsible for the overall planning, implementation, monitoring & reporting and general administration of LWF/DWS projects in Jonglei in accordance with LWF policies and donor agreements and guidelines.
  • · To lead, guide and support all Jonglei staff in their activities, both emergency response and development work.
  • · The AC shall directly coordinate both development and emergency projects in Jonglei state. 70% of the AC’s time shall be based in Panyagor and 30% in other locations.
  • · Facilitate the strategic formulation and planning for future development and emergency projects, including replicating or scaling up best practices and lessons learned.
  • · Develops new and innovative concept notes and proposals in line with developments and needs expressed on the ground, and shares them with the Country Management Team for further discussions and agreement;
  • · Oversees and manages the LWF/DWS community-based projects in accordance with LWF/DWS policies and donor guidelines, including the use of the Rights-Based Approach (RBA) and other internationally accepted standards adopted by LWF/DWS [e.g. SPHERE, Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP), Community Based Psychosocial Approach (CBPA)];

Coordination and accountability

  • · Builds effective networking / collaboration relations, communication and partnerships with implementing partners, communities, NGOs and local and State level Government stakeholders and protects LWF integrity and accountability.
  • · Takes prompt and appropriate action to resolve existing and anticipated problems and address the concerns and complaints of stakeholders. The AC shall facilitate formulation of a practical Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) suited to the local context.

Monitoring and reporting

  • · Carries out regular field supervision and monitoring of activities and processes in which project funds, materials and equipment are utilized and verifies progress and quality of work done.
  • · Establishes appropriate procedures for internal monitoring, smooth implementation, and reporting of development and emergency activities in accordance with project objectives and indicators (as contained in Log Frames) and ensures regular communication and reporting.
  • · Oversees preparation of quality and timely monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports for submission to LWF country management and donors.
  • · Supervises the Development & Emergency Managers and provides oversight on day to day planning, data collection, analysis, documentation/reporting.
  • · Ensures periodic project reviews and lesson learning exercises are conducted and documented.

Finance

  • · Monitors closely project expenditures against the approved budgets.
  • · Ensures effective application of adequate internal control and risk management procedures, including proper authorization of purchases and payments, and ensures satisfactory accountability of all project expenditures in line with LWF/DWS financial regulations.
  • · In liaison with the Finance Officer, prepares and presents timely and accurate monthly financial projections of expenditure for both development and emergency projects. These shall correspond with approved monthly, quarterly and annual work plans for all Jonglei operations.
  • · Ensures timely submission of monthly cash projections, financial reports and supports the finance officer to fulfill their functions in liaison with the Finance Manager.

Human Resources

  • · Recruit qualified project staff with the help of the HR/Admin Coordinator and Juba management. The AC shall design the Position Descriptions and manage the performance of staff under his/her direct supervision.
  • · Maintain team work and an enabling working environment for field teams including ensuring clear reporting and communication channels and regular documented meetings.
  • · Support the professional development of the team members and conducts regular performance appraisal of the team members.
  • · Support the identification of training needs and plans and their execution.

Administration/Procurement/Logistics

  • · Certifies all requests for procurement and contracts in conjunction with the Procurement Committee and ensures that procurement of goods and services for project implementation are done in accordance with established LWF/DWS South Sudan policies and procedures.
  • · Implements organizational goals, ensuring compliance by way of guiding field staff and inducting them into organizational systems and procedures.
  • · Manages all LWF assets in Jonglei including equipment and materials in close consultation with the HR/Admin, ProLog Coordinators and Finance Manager.
  • · Maintains updated asset register and monitors and reports regularly on the proper usage of LWF assets, supplies and other consumables.
  • · Ensures safety and security of staff and advises and consults with the LWF/DWS country management on security matters, and takes appropriate action in line with the security policy.

Carries out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or LWF/DWS Country

General

UNICEF South Sudan seeks to establish a non-exclusive Long Term Agreement (LTA) with a consultancy company that can provide technical feasibility studies, full set of construction documents, obtain construction permits, prepare bidding documents for construction works, produce technical and financial evaluations of bidders, and provide site supervision and quality assurance to construction works hired by UNICEF.

Its mission is to improve the quality of life through health interventions and related activities that build local capacity in underserved communities worldwide. By offering training and health care to local populations and medical assistance to people at highest risk, and with the flexibility to respond rapidly to emergency situations, International Medical Corps rehabilitates devastated health care systems and helps bring them back to self-reliance.
PROGRAM BACKGROUND
International Medical Corps is currently implementing approximately 15 programs across nine sites in South Sudan. Through nearly 50 health facilities in urban and rural areas, International Medical Corps provides basic health care and integrated service provision, from preventative care to emergency surgery. International Medical Corps also runs programs in HIV/AIDS, nutrition, food security, and water and sanitation projects. To address South Sudan’s acute health worker shortage, and foster self-reliance, International Medical Corps trains health professionals and community volunteers.
In addition to the above, International Medical Corps is also providing emergency medical services out of four sites to tens of thousands of people who were displaced by the crisis started from 15th December 2013. Simultaneously, the organization is in the process of increasing its surge capacity and ramping up programming in order to respond to the countrywide emergency humanitarian needs emerging from the conflict erupted in December 2013.
JOB SUMMARY
International Medical Corps has a 4m+USD project in Maban providing emergency health, nutrition and medical services to more than 37,000 refugees living in two camps: Gendrassa and Kaya. Project interventions include all aspects of primary health care, nutrition education including supplementary feeding, reproductive health care and referral services for secondary health care etc.
International Medical Corps manages its program in Maban County of Upper Nile State from the town of Bunj where the organization has a compound to house more than a dozen expatiate and 20+ relocated staff. Some staff also reside in Kaya camp.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION/REPORTING OFFICER SCOPE OF WORK:

The M & E Officer will have two overarching tasks and will work with the Team Leader and technical teams (Health, Wash and Nutrition)
-Maintenance of IMC-SS health information systems
-Ensure proper data collection and management processes are in place and followed. On a daily basis, collecting and reviewing appropriate health, EPI, referrals and nutrition tally sheets from appropriate staff and updating the Emergency Response Information System.
-Using information reported in the ERIS, provide weekly statistical analysis and updates to relevant IMS-SS and HQ staff, and partners such as UNHCR and ACTED.
-On a monthly basis, update the internal IMC-SS HIS.
-Identify one national staff (Clinical Officer-level) to be trained on the ERIS, and HMIS in general.
-Assisting in training staff to understand and be confident in using a monitoring system
-Use IMC data to update the AJS, Measles and Meningitis line list, UNHCR HIS and MOH IDSR on a weekly basis (twice per week for AJS).
-Compiling a lessons learnt and assessment of the Maban response (3 month, 6 month)
-Continue and further develop implementation of the accountability mechanism currently used in the camp and host community
-Conduct gender sensitive focus group discussions to enhance community understanding of IMC
-Manage expectations of IMC programs in Gendrassa Camp and the Host Community and gather community feedback and health practices
-Work with health, hygiene and nutrition community promoter supervisors to build capacity of outreach workers. This includes trainings on the mandate of IMC, services we provide, locations we work, gathering feedback and complaints, and referral to accountability focal point.
-Working with the Team Leader and Medical Coordinator ensure a holistic view of the program is in place and assist and liaise with her where necessary.
-Provide input on proposals and reports, including technical writing as necessary
-Develop and review all proposal indicators, ensuring appropriate tracking mechanisms and data collection tools are in place.
Provide responses to ad-hoc data requests for Gendrassa Task Force, health partner and other relevant meetings.
-Provide general quality oversight of ERT programs, ensuring minimum standards are achieved in health, nutrition and WASH activities.

  • Develop and implement a monitoring tool to measure effectiveness of community outreach activities.
  • Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within International Medical Corps and amongst beneficiaries served by International Medical Corps.

Skills & Requirements:

•Degree-level qualification in Social Science, Public Health, Nutrition, Development Studies or a related field, including studies relating to research and statistical analysis; Master’s degree highly preferred;
•At least two years’ experience managing M&E in an international NGO context;
•Strong knowledge of donor reporting – particularly for USAID, OFDA, ECHO and UN agencies;
•Demonstrated experience in applying quantitative and qualitative/participatory research methods;
•Capacity to build the research and M&E skills of colleagues and community members;
•Ability to write clearly and concisely and to translate complex concepts into non-technical language;
•Operational knowledge of primary and secondary health care, WASH, nutrition and gender principles as they apply to development work;
•Excellent communication skills, including fluency in oral and written English;
•Excellent writing skills, and ability to produce high-quality documents for external audiences with minimal editing;
•Proficiency in using standard computer software, especially MS Office programs;
•Proficiency in using statistical analysis software, such as SPSS;
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines under pressure;
•Highly flexible, and able to live/work in a challenging and highly demanding context; Able to work in remote field sites – sometimes for extended periods – with limited comforts;

BACKGROUND:

South Sudan is emerging from decades of brutal civil war rooted in disputes over religion, ethnicity, resources, governance and self-determination. The 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement ushered in an era of post-conflict development efforts which take on new dimensions following the January 2011 referendum on secession. The security situation remains fragile and testing operational challenges abound.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Roving Emer gency Environmental Health (EH) Manager will implement rapid emergency WASH response in Unity State and possibly across South Sudan. The program focuses on rapid assessments, and life-saving WASH activity, community clean-ups, hygiene promotion, and NFI distribution. The position will be based in Juba or Ganyliel (Unity State), with frequent travel within Unity State and possibly across South Sudan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the EH coordinator, the Roving Emergency Manager is responsible to oversee and manage the emergency WASH response and follow-on WASH projects. Duties include:

  • Program Management
  • Manage the emergency EH projects in South Sudan.
  • Recruit, train and manage the emergency response project team.
  • In collaboration with local authorities and WASH cluster identify key hot spot areas for WASH intervention.
  • Prepare designs and BOQs for Water and Sanitation infrastructures, supervise q uality of construction works.
  • Prepare monthly field reports incorporating activity and financial progress for the EH projects in two states of Southern Sudan.
  • Prepare draft donor reports in collaboration with EH coordinator & country office staff.
  • Prepare EH M&E tools, and conduct regular monitoring and internal evaluations such as KPC surveys.
  • Conduct needs assessments and participate in EH projects design, preparation of concept notes and proposals. Prepare technical descriptions and budget
  • Other relevant duties assigned by the EH coordinator/DDP.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Security level orange. The situation in Juba is calm at the moment but remains tense and unpredictable; concerns include criminality, presence of armed troops, and looting. There is active conflict in many parts of the country and a possibility for further expansion of the conflict and violence into other areas and other states.

HOUSING:

  • Lodging in Juba is in a private bedroom, with en suite bathroom, in a shared IRC guesthouse. In field sites, accommodation ranges from tent to a tr aditional hut to permanent structures. Field compounds have latrines and showers. All IRC sites have electricity and internet at least several hours per day. Food is the individual’s responsibility.

In response to the current crisis in South Sudan the IRC is expanding its emergency health programming in Unity State and is seeking additional resources to drive forward this effort. The IRC strives to provide integrated nutrition, primary health care and reproductive health care services and seeks motivated staff to drive this ambitious effort forward.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Under the leadership of the Health Coordinator (HC), the Emergency Health M anager will oversee the emergency health response program implementation and expansion of IRC’s Health Program in southern Unity State. The Emergency Health Manager will contribute to the identification of programmatic priorities through assessments and actively participate in the design of the program. In addition, the PHM will ensure that the existing clinics are delivering high quality services and operate in line with ministry of health and international protocols, guidelines and best practices. He or she will promote the quality of care provided through the IRC supported clinics and will work closely with the IRC nutrition and CCM manager to ensure an integrated approach.

This position will report to the Health Coordinator in Juba and the Field Coordinator in Ganyliel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To increase access of targeted emergency affected populations to curative, preventive and health promotion services.
  2. Emergency affected population of reproductive age has access to reproductive health services (in accordance with MISP standards).
  3. Manage commodity stockpiling and delivery mechanism to respond to sudden large scale population influx and medical epidemics.
  4. Grant Monitoring & Reporting Implementation
  5. Apply technical knowledge and skills to implement and/or assist in community delivery of program activities.
  6. Monitor progress against grant workplan; promptly identifying any current or potential delays
  7. Supervise Health Staff based in Ganyiel. Prepare performance plan and evaluation.
  8. Prepare Purchase Requests for program supplies/activities and undertake field procurement as designated and authorized. Manage budget and ensure adequate spending.
  9. Monitor program supply inventory levels; perform monthly spot-checks on program inventory
  10. Work with and provide timely technical support to the IRC’s implementing partners; maintain respectful and constructive relations with partner staff.
  11. Work closely with IRC Health Coordinator and other appropriate IRC health technical staff to ensure a sensitive and functional health information system.
  12. Provide technical support to clinical staff through supportive supervision, mentoring and coaching.
  13. Identify training needs of the clinical and community health staff (CHWs) and develop appropriate training program to enhance their competence in delivering quality health services to the beneficiaries.
  14. Contribute to the preparation of progress and donor reports of program results for dissemination at all levels.
  15. Support the Health Coordinator in the efforts to coordinate with partners,
  16. Represent the health coordinator health cluster meetings as needed.
  17. Assist the health coordinator in undertaking assessment and developing program proposals.
  18. Assist the HC to ensure that the IRC health projects are in accordance with the established Ministry of Health policies of the host government and international protocols, guidelines and best practices.

  20. Coordination & representation:
  21. Work collaboratively with IRC logistics and finance staff as required to process Purchase Requests and Payment Vouchers.

  • Medical Doctor. Master in Public Health an asset.
  • Skills/Knowledge on Public Health, and familiar with humanitarian assistance and humanitarian actors.
  • Good skills/ knowledge on National Health System, HIS, and Epidemiological Surveillance.
  • Minimum one year professional experience in the National Health System and/or MoH level.
  • At least three years of prior professional experience in a similar post. INGO experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing professional environment with a view towards establishing administrative procedures and protocol that will ensure optimal functioning of the Operation.
  • Willingness to work in an insecure and remote context.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Abil ity to maintain the highest degree of discretion.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The WPE Manager is responsible for overseeing the refugee program in Juba, Central Equatoria State, and for the implementation of daily project activities for the urban refugee program in Juba. S/He will provide supervision and direction to the WPE urban program team, with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring national staff to build their capacity.

S/He will also collaborate with key staff in Protection and Health, and work with the WPE Senior Manager and Coordinator to achieve the managed growth of IRC’s WPE programming in South Sudan. The WPE Manager will report to the WPE Coordinator in Juba.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead implementation of urban refugee GBV programming
  • Establish networks with UN, NGO, and community partners to create functional GBV referral pathways and ensure survivors’ access to safe and confidential health and psychosocial care
  • Support staff and partners through training and guidance to ensure programming meets GBV b est practice and guiding principles that prioritizes the security of beneficiaries and staff.
  • Oversee the operation of counseling centers, including quality psychosocial response to GBV survivors and documentation of cases.
  • Develop, conduct, and supervise trainings on key GBV tools, case management, basic counseling, clinical management of rape, GBV prevention concepts, and key GBV resources for partners, community members, and service providers.

  • Manage and oversee all WPE urban refugee grants; develop and maintain work, spending and procurement plans for all projects.

  • Ensuring effective implementation of M&E systems throughout the lifetime of the project.

  • Maintain updated job descriptions, conduct interviews, orient new staff to the IRC and the WPE program.

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

The Matron is responsible for all the nursing and support staff to deliver quality comprehensive emergency obstetric and neonatal care (CEmONC) in a rural hospital setting. This includes essential, integrated maternal and child health (MCH) outpatient services, essential integrated inpatient maternal care, emergency obstetric services (including operating theater procedures), and essential newborn care.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient care

  • Assistance to all 9 signal functions of comprehensive emergency obstetric care, including Caesarean sections and blood transfusions, as required
  • Provide appropriate treatment for pregnant women who are ill, obstetric complications, trauma, neonatal emergencies, complications of abortion, post-natal complications, and treatment of severely malnourished children
  • Conduct routine consultations, as necessary, of patients of all ages and medical needs, but focusing specifically on focused antenatal care, pregnant women who are ill, routine delivery services, post-natal consultations for the mother and baby, and other reproductive health consultations.   • Implement continuous quality improvement of CEmONC and outpatient MCH services through:

Upper Nile state in South Sudan has experienced an influx of refugees and/returnees since the start of 2012 due to renewed conflict in Sudan’s Blue Nile and South Kordofan states. There are currently 110,000 refugees living in four different camps in Maban County. The humanitarian response to the refugee crisis has been strong in the provision of basic services (Health, Nutrition, WASH etc.), and despite on-going challeges, the overall health and nutritional status of the refugee population has stabilised. As the refugee response shifts out of the emergency response phase, the lack of a comprehensive mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) project represents one of the key gaps in service provision.

JOB SUMMARY
The Mental Health Specialist will be responsible for starting and managing a comprehensive MHPSS project. The project aims to integrate mental health into primary health care service delivery in the refugee camps in Maban County line with the South Sudan Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and the WHO mhGAP Intervention Guidelines. General Terms of Reference

1. BACKGROUND

IGAD stands for the promotion of resilience and sustainable development of the region through regional integration, peace and security and agricultural development and environment protection in partnership with the member states, development partners, and multi-lateral, bilateral and civil society organizations.

As the current medium-term strategic plan 2011-2015 approaches its end, IGAD is embarking on the formulation of a new Regional Strategy and Implementation Plan for 2016-2020. The formulation process will be initiated by conducting baseline studies at the national level on each of the following IGAD priority sectors of intervention:

  1. Agriculture, livestock and fisheries development
  2. Natural resources and environment protection
  3. Social Development
  4. Economic cooperation and Integration
  5. Peace and security; and
  6. Gender affairs.

IGAD is seeking the services of six national consultants from each member state to undertake baseline studies in their country.

  1. OBJECTIVES OF THE CONSULTANCY

The primary objective of the consultancy is to undertake a comprehensive baseline study at the national level on IGAD priority sectors of focusing on current status of the sector, development challenges and opportunities for the future.

3. SCOPE OF WORK

The national consultant for each baseline study will undertake an in-depth analytical review of status of the sector in the country. The consultant will assess the sector through the national development plans, sectoral strategies/policies and programmes, institutional structures and mechanisms, capacity, human and financial resources, development cooperation and partnerships, key achievements, lessons learned, challenges and opportunities for the future.

Further, the consultant will pursue an inclusive and participatory consultative process so that different stakeholders like national agencies, development partners, CSOs and UN-agencies can contribute to the final outcomes most effectively.

More specifically, the national consultant will:

Ø Participate in a launching/planning workshop to brainstorm and define the specifics and scope of the baseline studies;

Ø Review documents to understand and identify key development issues that prevail in the country highlighting national efforts, challenges and opportunities, lessons learned, etc. The documents would include the long-term national strategic plans and specific strategies, policies and programmes of the sector;

Ø Closely work with IGAD Strategy Preparation Committee and report to its sector leader;

Ø Consult and discuss issues with relevant ministries and institutions of the country to obtain their inputs/contributions;

Ø Consult with development partners and other regional and international organisations in the country to obtain their inputs/contributions;

Ø Identify trans-boundary issues that could be addressed best at the regional level;

Ø Coordinate/liaise with the other consultants who are preparing other baseline studies through various communication channels

Ø Prepare a “State of the Sector” country report of the sector;

Ø Organise a national workshop to review and validate the draft “State of the Sector” country report;

Ø Submit the final the “State of the Sector” country report by incorporating the comments from the workshop.

4. TIME FRAME

The duration of the consultancy will be between 30 and 60 calendar days.

5. DELIVERABLES

The main deliverables of the consultancy will be:

· Inception report with a detailed work plan for of the baseline study

· First draft of the baseline study (State of the Sector Report)

· Validation workshop report

· Final version of the baseline study report (State of the Sector Report) to be submitted in soft copy MS word in English (French for Djibouti)

6. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONSULTANT

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals from the IGAD member states. The applicant should have:

· A Masters or higher degree from a recognised/reputable university;

· At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in the field of the baseline study;

· Excellent working knowledge of English (French for Djibouti);

· Strong communication and presentation skills;

· The capability to initiate the study within two weeks of being awarded the contract.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Field Coordinator leads the IRC’s response efforts in Bentiu, providing management guidance to ensure efficiency, coverage and quality programming. As the IRC’s most senior representative in the field, the Field Coordinator must bring a senior leadership profile with a proven track record in managing emergency and refugee programming. The successful candidate will be confident, eloquent and organized, able to represent IRC to partners including beneficiaries and donors as well as handle sensitive, complex issues in a diplomatic way that puts the needs of the beneficiaries first.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Security:

* Act as security focal point for Bentiu

* Regularly review and update Bentiu security management plan based on constantly shifting environment;

* Implement Bentiu SMP;

* Ensure staff are trained on, aware of and in compliance with IRC security policies and the Bentiu SMP;

* Monitor the security situation in Bentiu, including attending s ecurity briefings;

The Finance Officer is responsible for the administration and financial management of the country and its projects. He/she ensures the correct and effective management of financial resources, in accordance with the organization procedures and Administrative Director guidelines. Specifically he/she is responsible to:

  • Correct accounting and administration of funds.
  • Ensure the proper execution of goods, work and services procurement processes and conformity to Intersos and donor procedures
  • Support the Head of Mission in the elaboration of new projects
  • mission administration and accounting documents and all finished projects documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 year experience as administrator for an NGO.
  • Educational background in finance and administration.
  • Good knowledge of the administrative procedure of international donors - mainly UN and ECHO Systems - and Italian cooperation.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Italian language will be considered a plus.
  • comfortable with computer use and with the main software for administration system.
  • problem solving and organizational capabilities.
  • Availability to move often through the Area of competence.
