Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the End-Term Evaluation of the Horn of Africa Drought Response, with Plan International Inc, Region of Eastern & Southern Africa (RESA), in Nairobi, Kenya.
Purpose: To assess the relevance and fulfillment of Plan’s objectives, the efficiency and effectiveness of its response, and Plan’s contribution to impact and sustainability in the HoA drought intervention. The evaluation should provide specific and practical findings and recommendations to inform learning and the development of future strategy.
Location: Ethiopia, Kenya and South Sudan.
