Responsibilities:

The Obs /Gyn Medical Doctor will follow the Sexual and Reproductive Health services in Yambio State Hospital, will ensure proper implementation of medical protocols and will carry our surgical procedures whenever needed.

Duties: - Ensure all MSF protocols and medical policies are followed in SRH department - Ensures that professional confidentiality is respected - Ensures quality care (timely access to correct diagnosis, treatment and management) for patients - Supervise COs in the maternity activities. - Ensures that outpatients RH services (ANC, PNC, FP, PMTCT and SGBV) run according to MSF protocols and standards - Supports MoH and MSF staff with, and when needed directly provide, in-patient consultations in Maternity.

Requirements:

- Medical Doctor with specialization in Obs/Gyn or extensive experience in Obs/Gyn and or Obs/Gyn surgical procedures - Essential working experience in a busy medical facility - Fluent spoken and written English - Ability to organize and prioritize workload (own and others), using initiative when appropriate - Ability to work as part of a diverse team - Should be dully registered a practitioner in her or his country.
